Your form submission is processed by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form handling service that delivers your submission to us via email. FormSubmit processes your data solely to facilitate delivery of your enquiry. You can view their privacy policy at formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for up to 6 years from the date of submission, in line with the UK limitation period for contractual claims. If we acquire the property you reported, records relating to the transaction and finder's fee are retained for 6 years from completion for tax and legal purposes.

This website does not set any cookies.

We use your browser's localStorage solely to remember whether you have dismissed the privacy notice banner. This does not contain personal data and is not used for tracking.
